About the Management Team

The Management Team will support the directors with the practical work involved in managing and developing the Cross Keys property. This may include areas such as renovation and maintenance, finance, tenant recruitment, communications and coordinating specific pieces of work.

We are looking for people who can offer ideas, experience, local knowledge or practical help. Some roles may involve ongoing involvement, while others may only be needed for a particular project or for a limited period of time.

There is no expectation that everyone who expresses an interest will join the formal Management Team. Some people may prefer to contribute through a short-term working group, provide occasional advice or help with one specific area.

Submitting this form does not commit you to a role or any particular level of involvement. We will contact you to discuss what you may be interested in and what would be practical for you before anything is agreed.

The Management Team will support the running of the property company only. The future tenant will remain fully responsible for operating the pub as an independent business.

  • No. The directors have separate formal responsibilities for the company. The Management Team will be appointed by and accountable to the Board, supporting it with practical and operational work.

    Any responsibilities connected with a particular Management Team role will be clearly discussed before someone agrees to take it on.
